Lorenzo Imbesi is Full Professor of Design at Sapienza University of Rome, where he is the Chair of the PhD program in Service Design for the Public Sector. He previously served as Director of Sapienza Design Research for two consecutive terms. Currently, he serves as the President of the Italian Scientific Design Society SID (societaitalianadesign.it), the President of the Global CumulusAssociation (cumulusassociation.org), and a member of the Executive Committee of the EuropeanAcademy of Design (eadresearch.org).
